Our Fees

Our immigration fees cover all work* required to submit an application to the Home Office at a fixed price plus VAT at the current rate of 20%. Our fees are based on various factors, including the complexity of the matter and the relevant circumstances. As our fees are based on an assessment of your individual circumstances, we are able to give you a more precise fee following our first consultation.

What services are included in our fee

The work will involve:

• discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
• giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;
• if you do not fulfil a certain criterion, whether this can be overcome and how.
• considering the supporting evidence you have provided;
• where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
• preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
• Attendance at a Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice at the appropriate time.
• giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

*Our fees do not include:

• If your matter becomes overly complex and more work is required in order to prepare and submit an application. We will advise you if further work is required and the increase in our charges.
• Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal.

Timescales

Timescales will depend on the application type and the individual’s specific circumstances. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Some applications can take between 3 to 6 months. For further details, you can read the Home Office’s processing times.

Application for Leave to enter applications - visitor application

Our Fees

Our fees cover all work* required to submit an application to the Home Office at a fixed price of £450 plus VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. The likely disbursements are:

Interpreters fees at £15-£20 per hour. If applicable, this kind of application will normally require between 1-2 hours with an interpreter, depending on the complexity of your case.
Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.
If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our time/mileage/travel expenses.
Entry clearance fee: for 6 months – £93 / 2 years - £350 / 5 years - £636 / 10 years - £798

Tier 1 applications – such as entrepreneurs / investors

Our Fees
